01 / THE DECISION BENEATH THE TASK

Faster is not the same as clearer.

There is a particular kind of relief that arrives when a task becomes faster. The queue shortens. The friction disappears.

02 / EFFICIENCY IN SERVICE OF ATTENTION

The best systems return attention to the places where it changes the outcome.

They remember routine detail so a person can notice the exception. They make the next step visible without pretending to choose it.
